For the first time Kunst- und Designmarkt takes place in Krems. 60 exhibitors covering different arts & crafts as photography, fashion design, jewelry, lifestyle, accessories, art, graphic design, product design and furniture design etc. will take their creative stuff for showing at the fair.

The Dominican Church Krems is a beautiful former monastery church, the abolition of which was ordered in the course of the Josephine reforms in 1783. Since then it has been used for various secular purposes – as a city theater, granary, cinema and fire station. The church with its arched arcades has served the Landesgalerie for contemporary art for temporary exhibitions in summer since 2011/2012 and is used for a variety of events in the rest of the year.
